We only accept a limited number of businesses in each category and city. Current listers are prioritised for renewal, and a spot only becomes available if the current holder chooses not to renew. Listing now helps you secure your place before your category fills up.
How long does the listing process take?
Once submitted and paid, our team reviews your business details within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your listing is live.
What documents are required for eligibility?
We require proof of operation in New Zealand. Typically, this includes your NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) and verified contact details to ensure directory quality.
How do I pay the listing fee?
Once you click “Submit,” you will be directed to the payment page. You can complete the payment there using major credit or debit cards, or transfer directly to our bank account. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please ignore the checkout page.
Can I update my listing later?
You can update your listing details by contacting the Business in NZ team. If your listing is on the Professional plan, you can edit your listing one time for free. Premium plans include 2 free edits. Basic plan holders can contact our team to request updates. Professional and Premium plan holders can contact us for additional edits after using their free edits.
Is the listing fee a one-time payment?
Our standard packages are annual listings. You will receive a renewal reminder before your listing expires. Current listers will be prioritised for renewal, and a spot will only become available if the current holder chooses not to renew.
